His delicious, practically confidential recipe?
A crispy butter-cookie crust, 2 tablespoons of flour, a nob of butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar,
a drop of egg and 1 pinch of sea salt. AND a smooth lemon and raspberry ganache
sprinkled with real bits of pistachio and meringue.
Warning: UTTERLY delicious. Track them down in May.
